The CapFast EDIF 200 translation tools are sold separately or bundledwith the CapFast DesignMaster Schematic Capture software package. Thesetranslation tools offer the capability of schematic and netlisttranslation from the CapFast schematic file format to the EDIF 200schematic or netlist file format and vice versa. Most of the large EDAvendors today provide the means of translation to EDIF 200, so schematiccommunication between CapFast and other EDA vendors becomes virtuallytrivial.
